1/4 c. quick oats, 1 Tbsp. cacoa nibs, 1 tsp. maple syrup, 1 Tbsp. freeze dried Honeycrisp apples, 1 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Lunch
1 baked potato with salsa, 2 Tbsp. Greek yogurt, 2 Tbsp. shredded sharp cheddar, 1/4 c. egg salad, 1/2 c. Greek yogurt with 1 Tbsp. honey and pumpkin pie spice, 1/2 c. frozen cherries
Dinner
Coconut lentil curry – Instead of a cup of white rice, I ate it with 1/2 c. of brown rice.

Snacks
Broiled grapefruit
Air popped popcorn with Trader Joe’s onion salt
Chocolate chip cookie dough dip with apples and then 1 pretzel rod
