I found a way to make a dairy free mocha that includes a healthy fat and a superfood. I did not add any sweetener to this coffee drink either.
If you want a more Mexican flavor to your coffee drink, top with cinnamon. Cinnamon also helps regulate your blood sugar.
Dairy Free Mocha
-8 oz. brewed coffee
-1 to 2 Tbsp. coconut milk
-2 tsp. cacao powder
-1 tsp. cinnamon, optional
- Place cacao powder and coconut milk in a mug.
- Pour the brewed coffee into the mug.
- Stir to combine.
- Top with cinnamon if desired.
