-1 apple, cut into pieces
-1/4 c. coconut oil, melted
-2 tsp. cinnamon
-1 tsp. nutmeg
- Melt the coconut oil (about 30 seconds).
- Place the apples over the coconut oil.
- Top with spices. Stir to coat.
- Place a piece of plastic wrap or a lid over the glass bowl.
- Microwave for 2 and a half minutes.
I enjoy eating my apples with a serving of grain free granola.
